Bio

       My name is Erin Maki, I'm 18 and I'm from Winchester, Massachusetts. My parents are both from Japan and I was born in Cambridge, MA. I have an older sister that will always have my back no matter what and I also have a black toy poodle named Ally. I currently attend Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and I am a freshman. I am majoring in marketing and advertising and hope to someday work for either Sportcenter or ESPN and more specifically work with the Bruins through these companies. My goals for this year at JWU is to obtain good grades and also have fun and meet new people.    

        I went to Winchester High School and played ice hockey, lacrosse, and I was also a cheerleader. My favorite sport to watch and play is definitely ice hockey which is why my favorite season is also winter. Since I live only 15 minutes from Boston, I am a fan of all the Boston teams including, the Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox, and the Patriots. Back home in Winchester I have a very close group of friends that I love and care about very much. In my free time I love spending time with friends, traveling, and going to concerts.
